Tippah Dwan is a dynamic and highly regarded Australian netballer, known for her athleticism, versatility, and composure at the elite level. A product of Queensland’s high-performance pathway, Dwan has consistently demonstrated her potential across domestic and international competitions.

Dwan was signed by the Queensland Firebirds ahead of the 2019 Suncorp Super Netball season after spending two years in the club’s extended training squad. A standout junior, she captained the Queensland Under 19 team at the 2018 National Championships in Adelaide and represented Australia at both Under 17 and Under 19 level, highlighting her early promise on the national stage.

After overcoming a foot injury that delayed her Super Netball debut, Dwan remained with the Firebirds as an extended squad member in 2020 and was later elevated to the senior squad as a replacement player. Her development continued to accelerate, and in August 2021 she was named in the Australian Development Squad, one tier below the Australian Diamonds.

In late 2021, Dwan signed with the Adelaide Thunderbirds, where she played across the 2022 and 2023 Super Netball seasons. Her time at the club was highlighted by a premiership victory in 2023, before she made the decision to return to Brisbane to be closer to family.

Dwan’s strong 2023 Super Netball campaign earned her a call-up to the Australian Fast5 squad, where she made her national debut at the Fast5 Netball World Series. Australia went on to defeat New Zealand in the final to claim the title.

Re-signing with the Queensland Firebirds on a two-year deal ahead of the 2024 Super Netball season, the 25-year-old has continued to demonstrate resilience and professionalism. Unfortunately, Dwan was sidelined from Round 4 in the 2025 season with an ongoing knee injury, remaining focused on her rehabilitation as she works towards a return to the court.
