Jaimee Lambert is one of the AFLW’s most accomplished midfielders, renowned for her elite ball-winning ability, toughness at the contest and consistency at the highest level. Drafted by the Western Bulldogs in the inaugural AFLW season, Jaimee made her debut as a midfielder and quickly showcased her natural football instincts.
At the conclusion of her first season, Jaimee was traded to Collingwood, a move that sparked a rapid rise in her AFLW career. She made an immediate impact at her new club, winning the VFLW Best & Fairest, before carrying that dominant form into the 2019 AFLW season, where she also claimed Collingwood’s Best & Fairest.
Jaimee continued her incredible run throughout 2019 and into 2020, adding two more Best & Fairest awards across both competitions and earning selection in the AFLW All-Australian Team. Her consistency, endurance and contested ball work quickly established her as one of the competition’s premier midfielders.
Following her success at Collingwood, Jaimee joined St Kilda, where she has continued to play a pivotal role through the midfield, providing leadership, experience and trademark work rate. She remains a cornerstone of their engine room and one of the most respected competitors in the league.
