Jaide Britton is a talented midfielder and emerging leader at the West Coast Eagles, known for her elite endurance, speed, work rate and ability to provide damaging run and carry from the outside. A two-time Peel Thunder premiership player, Jaide made her AFLW debut with West Coast in 2022 after initially being overlooked in the AFLW Draft, turning that disappointment into a driving force behind her development.

Now an established member of West Coast’s midfield group, Jaide enjoyed a strong 2025 campaign, helping the Eagles reach their first AFLW finals series. Her defensive pressure, willingness to win her own ball and ability to generate drive have become key features of her game, while her leadership and professionalism continue to grow within the playing group.

Jaide was also named in West Coast’s 2026 AFLW Leadership Group, reflecting her growing influence within the club.

Off the field, Jaide is equally committed to her personal and professional development. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law and Psychology and Behavioural Sciences at UWA and is currently undertaking a Juris Doctor of Law. In 2025, she was recognised with the AFLPA Education and Training Excellence Award for her commitment to balancing her football career with her studies.

Jaide has also used her platform to contribute to important conversations around inclusion and allyship, including sharing her perspective during West Coast’s Pride Month initiatives.

With her combination of athletic ability, leadership, academic ambition and genuine commitment to personal growth, Jaide is building a strong profile both on and off the field.
